| Deposits |
Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit.Bookings will not be taken from minors. |
| Check In |
Guests will be received between 4pm - 7pm. We're sure you will appreciate that we like to give you the attention you deserve on check-in, and we cannot do this whilst we are still preparing for your arrival.
If check-in cannot be made before 7pm guests are urged to telephone and let us know. With prior notice we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. |
| Payments |
Full payment will be collected on check-out. We welcome cash and selected debit/credit cards. Your method of payment will be confirmed at the time of booking. |
| Cancellations |
In the event of a cancellation, guests must telephone us as soon as possible.
Cancelling >21 days prior to arrival date - we will refund your deposit.
Cancelling <21 days but >5 days prior to arrival date - we will keep your deposit.
Cancelling <5 days prior to arrival date - guest will be responsible for the full cost of the booking for the reserved period, unless we can find a substitute guest in which case we will only keep the deposit.
If guests must leave earlier than their scheduled check-out date, this will be treated as if it were a cancellation with <5 days notice. |
| Smoking |
For the benefit of all our guests, Lismore House holds a strict No-Smoking policy. A surcharge of £200.00 will be made to anyone found smoking inside the house. |
| Children & Pets |
We regret we cannot accommodate children under 12 years old or pets, as we are a working farm. However, Guide Dogs for the Blind and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf are welcome. |
| Breakages |
Guests will be held responsible for any repair or replacement required due to breakages, loss or damage. Rooms must be left in a presentable & clean condition. |
No responsibilty is accepted by Lismore House for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property whilst within the confines of the property. |
